What Janicholson is saying the battery cables where they hook up to the battery the clamps and battery posts are different sizes. The positive post on a battery is bigger than the negative post. I want to add that if you change from positive ground to negative ground and use the same cables they may not be long enough. If I was switching from positive ground to negative ground I would put new battery cables on. That's just me....
