That nice tractor, I want cash in my hand before it leaves my yard.
If they can take the money back, it's not cash in hand.
Personally I'd store it until I could figure out a way to have it at my new place. If I need a 4-wheeler....I need a tractor.
HOA at the new place? build an approved shed and then keep it in there. Even if I just pulled it out to polish it and drive down the driveway to the mailbox...it's still mine.
