There's one particular Agco dealer here that I had a big problem with the one and only time I ever went there. They were an Allis dealer back in the day and I needed parts for an Allis planter. They had some of the parts and I brought them home, they didn't have the rest,so I paid for them and told them to drop ship them. Next day,all the parts were here but a fan motor. I waited a week and it still wasn't here. I called. There were two parts guys, one seemed like a nice guy,the other one,I won't describe. He was the one who waited on me,so he was the one they had me talk to. When I asked him where my fan motor was,he said "I'll check" and he hung up on me. I called him back in about an hour and he said "It came in,I guess I sold it to somebody else.". Then he asked me if I still wanted it? DUH! I paid for it,why would I be calling if I didn't want it? So the next day,I get two of them. One from the Agco warehouse, one from the dealer. So then I was stuck with paying for the second one, driving a hundred and twenty mile round trip to take it back or paying to send it back. Long story short,I've got an extra fan motor and with four other Agco dealers to choose from,I never darkened the door of that one again.
