Do what you wish and everyone else will do what they want. Me? I don't use plastic so on line ordering isn't an option. When Both my BIL and I had problems with AGCO pasts and service I contacted AGCO. There response was that all they were interested in was dealers who sold a lot of new equipment. This problem came to a head when my BIL needed a new crank shaft for an 8070 AC. Dealer wanted to give him pennies on the dollar with him buying a new tractor and told him the crank was NLA. I found it in AGCO's on line pasts look up. Still available. They didn't care one little bit. Well in my book if you can't take care of the customer then you don't need my money. I still have one piece of equipment that is supported by AGCO and I'm working on having that gone by June. The JD and CIH dealers, both 25 miles are both good. Guess I'll just have to go with them and CIH can get me any of the NH/Ford parts I need too.
