10-20 McDeering head

I am currently working on a Hadfield Pennfield road grader
powered by a 10-20 McDeering industrial tractor. The engine
is stuck and I need to do valve work. My problem is I can't
get the head off. It must be rusted to the studs, and I mean
tight! If anybody has any tricks that work, I'm just about
willing to try anything at this point. Thanks!
