Well, I have a new barn and we did site prep in January. The county had widened the road and cleaned the ditches so I had a few hundred yards of fill piled up they gave me for free. We made a nice level site out of it and capped it with good sand. Holes were bored down thru the original grade to subsoil and set on concrete pads. All is well but I told the crew that, come Spring thaw, that nice level site was going to sink like Atlantis. Not half off on that prediction. Some spots inside are a tad spongy. I left the duals on the tractor. So far it is going over the top of it. :)
