If you go to any automotive paint store, have them look up the color for both early and late IH the Paint code mix will let you know whether it had the orange tint or darker red. I can tell you one thing the paint I purchased for my international 6 years ago and what I purchased seveal months ago are different colors But than does not tell one anything because of different paint batches... The paint purchased 6 years ago was lead based and has more orange in it. The resent purchase is dark red...It is a better match to the original color since my project is a original Cub barn keep.
