Well on payment you can easily have him mail you a check. Then you wait for it to clear your bank. This can take 5-10 days depending on your and his banks. Then just package it WELL and ship it UPS. There is usually a business in most towns where you can ship UPS if your in a rural area. In larger towns/cites UPS has their own stores. You can figure the shipping cost out online at UPS's site. You will need the weight and dimensions of your package. Then with that and the shipping address you can get the shipping cost. You can have UPS come to your door to pick it up but it usually costs more.
