There's a "like new" JD 843 loader on Fast line's site for $17,900. Wouldn't that make one that was used 3 times that's available for $15,500 a bargain, or is the grapple worth another $2400? Maybe either one is the deal of the day. Really, I didn't study the specs on any of them that close to know if they are comprable and I haven't a clue what a new one (if available) would cost. I do know newer iron like this isn't in my future. Don't be too surprised at those prices until you spec out a new one at a dealer. Neighbor priced a new CIH disc last fall. He said he's gonna keep his "old" 496 for another decade or two.
