Sounds like a BCM issue.. are battery acid has found its way into the wiring harness under the bat... One thang that I have found common to them is were the ground cable attaches to the head are trans to have a bad connection clean it good... You may try to disconnect the bat and touch the cables together this will drain any capacitors in the system... If all boots up and looks lime a fix plan on a BCM....
MY first caravan I got 300K on it I keep it a year to long electrical issues killed it and I spent to much time and money on them...
My second has 221K it owes me nuttin and its not gonna take much to send it off to the sausage grinder...

Some of us grew up thinking that an air filter was a paper thing that allowed air to pass while trapping dirt particles of a particles of a certain size. What a surprise to open up your first old tractor's air filter case and find a can that appears to be filled with the scrap metal swept from around a machine shop metal lathe. To top that off, you have a cup with oil in it ("why would you want to lubricate your carburetor?"). On closer examination (and some reading in a AC D-14 service manual), I found out that this is a pretty ingenious method of cleaning the air in the tractor's intake tract.
