: Several years ago the clutch stuck on my Super A. At that time I was able to free it up by pulling it a few feet with it in gear and with the clutch pedal depressed. Today I started it for the first time since the end of snow plowing season and the clutch is stuck. I have tried freeing it the same way as before with no luck. What causes a clutch to be fine, sitting month after month for years without sticking, then sticking in a period of 3 or 4 months ? I'm thinking of getting a buddy to try pulling me on some pavement with his one ton truck, any warnings? Is there a better way? I suppose I can always split the tractor. John There is a grease fitting inside the "bell housing" behind a inspection plate on my Super C, there is probably one on your A, shoot it a couple times with a grease gun, don't give it too much though. It should work free after a while.
