NEVER good to try pulling a tractor when it has a problem like that till you know what the problem is because you can break things doing that. One wheel turning one way and the other turning the other way say to me that it is likely to be stuck in 2 gears in the transmission and you are lucky if you did not hurt something. I'd pull the transmission cover/shifter plate off and have a look see. If it will start you can test my theory by starting it holding the clutch down then slowly let up on the clutch with the shifter in neutral and see if the engine stalls. If it stalls it is locked in 2 gears
