Before you declare the engine stuck, pull the cover off the bottom of the case beyond the clutch and check the driveline. Had a fella tell me that the engine stuck on an H. I pulled the cover off the case and found the one bolt had come out of the driveline coupling link. Put the bolt back in place, installed a new nut and the engine turned right over.
The engine may be stuck, but check the driveline first.
