Hyd Lift 3 pts

I have none of the following obvious problems. There is no turbulent in the hyd. oil near the pump so I don't think it is the relief valve, The high pressure tube does not have a hole in and the oil makes no noise when you shut the engine off it just bleeds down fairly quick it does not drop but it goes down in a few seconds. When I replaced the hyd. lift piston and rings and for a while it worked great use to stay up after you shut the pto off with the grading blade on it for maybe 10 to 15 mins.
Does anyone have an idea as to what might have happen or can some one tell how to fix it please help if you can. Thanks Mike
