Not sure if the rims would accept a lead weight. They do make a packet of tire balancer. You open the little packet and pour the powder into the tire when you have one bead of the tire broke loose of the rim. This powder is meant for big tires but they have a chart on how much to put in certian size tires. I forget what this is called but I heard it works.
