I am with the others, a brand new running 4WD tractor and a parts tractor both for $1500. Hard to lose on that deal as long as you got the $1500 to spare.
Even if it turns out to be a lemon with shortcomings that crop up after some use then you can use thae parts tractor to fix it and then sell it but at least you will have tried it out at minimum risk.
