Yes, I live about a mile from Idaho and a mile north of Interstate 90 (20 miles east of Spokane). In the pics with the mountain in the background, the Spokane river and I-90 are just out of sight. This is a big valley, but most of it is broken up into small 5-10 acre parcels. We are lucky because we have an aquifer running 60-90 feet under us, so irrigation water is cheap. My equipment needs to be small enough to haul around as I also service customers in a 40 mile radius of my farm.
