Spent 4 years there myself--'91 BSME. As a general thing, it was colder but got a bit less snow than home. Around '93 we got 18" on the 20th of April--I took reverse out of my car trying to get it out to go to work. Couldn't afford to fix it at the time, so I drove it until August with no reverse, then got it fixed. Never had to back up once, and drove it all over the place. Only came close once--went to a dance at a local watering hole--parked well down the road so no one would park ahead of me and require me to back up. Ended up having enough of a crowd that when I wanted to leave the cars were parked not only in front but also in back of me. Had to go back in until the crowd thinned out--bummer!
