I have a neighbor that does that. It's a nightmare. Talk about introducing weeds. Initially he had one horse. I said OK fine, put it at the edge of the field. Then he got more horses and continued to pile it at the edge of that field. I was so excited to get a header full of it at harvest after I told him no more.
Two weeks ago I went up there and spent half a day loading it into the spreader with the skid steer and running it to the other side of the field with the manure spreader. I was afraid if I didn't help him with that pile it would show up in my field again. He actually paid me this time so I can't complain too much. Except for the chemical bill to kill all of the weeds that will grow in those beans this year. Grrrrr. That top ground is poor as it is and only grows a decent crop and great weeds. Now it is mostly weeds.
