Start it in gear and working the throtlle shift it up to the highest gear you can make. Road gear if possible. Then get up to half to 3/4 of top engine speed. Hold the clutch down and quickly open and close the throttle with about a one or two second pause between. Repeat several times if needed. That puts a pretty severe shock on the clutch and drive train. If that won't break it loose only taking it apart will be the answer. Again having a safe location to do this is a requirement.
