Thanks, but some people don't see it that way. From Wikipedia:
"The United States and Canada have the largest trade relationship in the world.[1] In 2012, U.S. merchandise trade with Canada consisted of US$324.2 billion in imports and US$292.4 billion in exports.[2] The trade relationship between the two countries crosses all industries and is vital to both nations’ success as each country is the largest trade partner of the other."
It's just kind of annoying to be treated as a vassal because someone can't be bothered dealing with a complaint or two. A simple disclaimer should cover it. I get stuff from China occasionally: sometimes it takes a week, sometimes it takes a month or more. I know the situation. I would prefer it if people didn't assume everyone was the same because of the actions of a few others. How would you feel if the rest of the world treated every American the same way because of the actions of a couple of extreme individuals? I know that's a bit extreme but it is the same principle.
It's tough finding stuff for these tractors up here - we don't even have a CNH dealer anywhere near us. And there are no tractor supply houses or any of the other outlets that are always mentioned on these forums. I had never heard of Harbor Freight before I started reading here. And now we're shut out of one of the best places on the web to get parts apparently because some individual who can't be bothered answering "contact us" emails can't be bothered dealing with customer complaints which must be assumed come with the territory. Problems that are not even theirs to begin with so they don't even really have to do anything about them.

Today's Featured Article - Listening to Your Tractor - by Curtis Von Fange. Years ago there was a TV show about a talking car. Unless you are from another planet, physically or otherwise, I don’t think our internal combustion buddies will talk and tell us their problems. But, on the other hand, there is a secret language that our mechanical companions readily do speak. It is an interesting form of communication that involves all the senses of the listener. In this series we are going to investigate and learn the basic rudimentary skills of understanding this lingo.
