Hi How far are you from the U.S border. I buy a lot of parts from the states Non of it crosses the line with a U.P.S type courier due to hassle with brokerage or there stupid fee's, some smaller stuff comes U.S mail at sensible prices though. we use a U.S based drop shipping guy just across the line. He charges $5 for small packages, and upwards depending if a fork lift is needed or the compound for storage of anything with wheels on. If guys won't ship to him and courier to Canada's the only option I buy someplace that will do it!. Had a gift come U.P.S once they decided it was worth $700 by the time I paid them for it coming to Canada
He emails then we cross the border with receipts , pick the stuff up, drive back across the border and stop in Canada customs and pay duties and relevant fees, usually just taxes like buying it here. I have had 3 boxes I could not carry shipped there for $75 plus a bit of time and fuel going across. Courier into Canada would of been 300+. The largest thing i have had was rear tractor tires shipped from Iowa at $190 freight on a pallet. My Dad got a hobby milling machine the same day to.
I know a few years ago my friend from up the road had YT parts shipped to this guy and went and picked them up . Maybe you could do that depending where you are and if a guy does that kinda service. most places seem to have a guy doing it now over the border. Our guys doubled the building size, and they still don't have room there. Only thing is our $ being worth less than monopoly money doesn't help so much now, but can still be worth it on some stuff savings opportunitys are out there if your lucky. Regards Robert

The golden corn ripens well and early, the stoking, stacking,.... the drawing in with the tractors and trailers and a few buck rakes thrown in, and possibly a heavy horse. It would be a great day for the collies and the terrier dogs, rats and mice would be at the bottom of the stacks so the dogs, would have a busy time hunting and killing, all the corn was gathered and ricked in what we c
