TO-30 Fiber Thrust Washer?

I am rebuilding a TO-30 Ferguson and can not
figure out the fiber thrust washer and shim
sequence for crankshaft end play. My front crank
bearing has a lip but the service manual said that
this was used only on the TO-20. Please help me.
