In addition to the comments below about tires, for me it would also depend on which transmission it has. If it has the 5 speed with live pto that would sell readily as so many people would like to upgrade or replace a bad SOS transmission. The back half would bolt up to just about any 1955-1964 utility. Or, if it had a Sherman transmission of one sort or another, especially the 3 speed combo. Also, if it has power steering that alone will sell for $6-$800+. So I would grab it if it had any of those three options on it. Part it out and put the profit toward a better tractor of your choice.
