i HOPE THE BEST FOR YOU BOTH...
My wife lived about 1 1/2 years after her hysterectomy. 3 mo after the operation she had a stoke while out of town the cancer doc there told me to get my affairs in order she had less than a year to live. All the other doc's played it out for all they could get till about 4 mo before she died...
My mom had the same cancer as my wife around 1965 she had Brest cancer in the 70's then had lung cancer and had a lung took out 1995... She never took radiation are chemo she refused it and still kick'n at 87....
It would be a hard call for me to take chemo after seeing what it took away from what life my wife had left... She was diagnosed with Omemtum cancer on the death certificate it reads Metastatic Endometrial Cancer...
I still think to this day 2 knew the outcome but one had the gonads to look me in the eye and tell it like it was... He did not have a dog in the fight is the only way I can explain it...
Provide her the best care you can you will never have any regrets
