kinda hard to know who actually built what as different components were built by different manufacturers and assembled by a couple more, 2 cases in point 30 cal carbine no telling who all made parts for them,Reo-Studebaker trucks,i remember seeing ihc emblems on the spring hangers of 5 ton reo's ,even though you might have several Reo-Studebaker trucks of that era when titled for civilian use they were titled after the assembly plant Reo,Diamond-t and IHC to name a few,the m-4's we used had Allis Chalmers drive parts and Waukesha gas engines which we replaced, i'd like to know how much gas one of those thing would burn in a day,all being done at a feverous pace wonder what would happen in today's mentality
