Well the poly base stock oils I buy say on the container that they are compatible with any other oil and one can only assume that means dino oils too. I'm not into oil techs like I am on other things in my life over the years. I guess I'm just lucky. I run most of my stuff on pure poly base oils. Older stuff what I happen to grab but on diesels they get diesel rated oil, but not picky about what diesel oil...may be wally world, Rot T dino or Rot T full poly, or a combination. Been waiting for my first dead engine caused by bad oil.
