I got my oats in a week ago last Wednesday. I need to go check them I guess. I went back to hauling manure after I got them in like I usually do. I really don't care to get corn in much before Mothers Day anyway. For some reason we always used to think we needed to be done by May 10th,but I've planted enough corn in warm ground later in the month and had it pop up in just a few days to want to get out there planting in cold ground and having it crust over. Two years ago,I finished planting silage corn June 23rd and it made silage alright. Made me a lot more laid back about the whole thing.
