That is a good combonation. A lot of those radio headphones do not even come close to the electronics in even a cheep car radio! In a little side track,,, The BOSE headphones block out noise sound with staggering quality. Now if you can handle about $300.oo per copy. I have the Kosse knock off ones. They do work just fine but have just a tinny bit of amplifier hiss in the sound. Like that ear bud idea though. Guys protect your hearing with all of your might. You do not understand till it is gone! It is a very slow lose and is unfixable. I have been very careful and still can hear through out the audio range. One tractor we had on the farm was a 460 with that neat sounding 6 cyl. After a day out in the field my head would be swimming and buzzing. At 17 years old I started wearing shooter muffs. Thank goodness!
