You can't put a plug in a little nail hole? Not trying to be a smart aleck, just wondering! When our JD4600 was a couple of years old it developed a slow leak in one of the rears, (18x24) very hard to find. We finally found it with lots of time and soapy water, put a plug in it and it's been 12 years and 700 hrs, haven't added any air since.
