I'd call that a McCormick open gear 3 bar side delivery rake (since that's what the company called it).
Those old rake makers copied each other's designs quite a bit so they all can look pretty similar, but I'm about 85% sure that's what it is.
Somebody tried to throw you off by painting it green and yellow.
The old mccormick rakes didn't have model numbers. They just had the descriptive name. I've got a newer closed gear 4 bar model that I love using. A real pleasure to use on small fields where you don't mind going slow. I'm sure the 4 bar was an improvement over the 3 bar, but might still be worth playing with just for fun.
