Missed your reply, sorry. If only they were o-rings! They're 1&1/8" OD u-cup's with 7/8" ID, 1/8" thick, 1/8" tall. Had to find an industrial supplier to track them down for me. Minimum order is 15 at a buck a pop plus shipping. I need 12 anyway so I am not to upset about it. Fortunately, they're the only seals on the system. One on top, one on bottom. It's a single piece unit.
I'm replacing the hoses as well, and the elbows. They're iron and should be hydraulic rated. The threads are 3/4" NPT(national pipe thread) for hte outlets, but some have NPT to JIC adapters for the stabilizer legs, also sizing them down to 1/2". I'm going to go under to the hydro lines for the arms and see if the lines that go into them are 1/2" and not 3/4". I have problems lifting the tractor off the ground without assistance of the boom pushing down as well. I think it's flow related, hopefully I can fix that while it's apart.
Pressure washer cleaned the valve body up quite nicely. Razor cleaned the surfaces up as well. Didn't use any detergent to clean it, and used the 1750psi electric pressure washer as well.
Tractor supply has 3/4" x 60" NPT hoses for $35 a pop. They also have the hydraulic swivel elbows for $10 a pop. 6 hoses and 8 elbows. It's going to be a few hundred bucks, but do it right and it'll last me another 60+ years.
