The guy charged him $50 to rebuild the starter. It ran fine out of the tractor but it wouldn't budge the engine. We could turn the engine over easy on a hill. Replaced the battery, and the cables. . I sent him back with the starter - they said "it's OK." Still wouldn't work. So I told him to take it in there again and tell them if it's OK they won't mind swapping it for another. They fixed it that time.
