If the plywood is still in good shape reshingle with a SHASTA WHITE three tab of decent quality. Dark shingles seem to have about half the life of white or light colored shingles. I'm 47 years old and have yet to replace a roof that I put on (except the few that had the entire roof removed by a storm) or helped put on that used white shingles. The house I helped my dad with in 1981 still looks like its only a few years old.
If the plywood is no good peel it off and put down some nailers and replace it with the cheapest tin you can find if all has to do is last 10 years.
