Up until a couple years ago, my grandpa's old Case 320 backhoe sat in our barn across the road. Not worth saving, so I sold it to a helpful neighbor/family friend for less than scrap price. I know for sure it had 14.9-24 tires on pretty wide rims, probably 13 or 14" wide, and I am FAIRLY sure they were 8 bolt rims, going from memory though. If I get over there to the neighbor's house, I'll check it out for sure. BTW, he has since restored the backhoe using another one he got for parts. He said he wanted it to be the way my grandpa always wanted it to be if he had time. Seems to be a lot of those Case 320's around here in central MI, as I have seen 4 or 5 at auctions the last 4-5 years within 15 miles from me.
