I have straighten them before. Heat the spoke at the bend. then take a big hammer and pound it straight with several strikes. Using several strikes makes the spoke bend and not break. To check for how straight the spoke is just use a piece of flat steel as a straight edge.
To check for wobble. Take two pieces of light flat steel. Use them as a gauge form the center hub to the inside of the rim. Use a couple of pairs of vise crips to clamp your steel at the length you want it to be.
