Thanks for the story. It kinds of reminds me of my dad. (Except my dad got married and had kids, obviously) My dad was quite shy and didn't really like being in crowds, unless the crowd was some people that he knew very well. To the people who he knew real well, he was known as a prankster. Several times I heard the story from his friends where my dad had stuffed some home-made cream puffs. Except he had put some pudding and a bunch of cotton balls into the cream puffs. About 10 guys were having a hard time swallowing them. Remember the water jugs with both a large and a small opening? Another habit my dad had was that he ALWAYS took the large lid off of the water jug to take a drink, no matter where the water came from. Because early in life working on a threshing crew, he had filled the water jug from the cistern. Later that day he took a drink and the small spout was plugged. When he took off the large opening of the jug, he saw that there was a frog in the water jug. My dad died instantly, doing what he liked best. He was running a garden tiller and slumped over and died on the spot.
