While working in factories for over 40 years in my past life. Break time was always appreciated. All the places I worked had a 10, or 15 minute time for a cup of coffee or a bite to eat, or the smokers have a smoke, in the morning, and afternoon. A few shops had the coffee mess in the work area, and we could have a cup of coffee when we felt like it. A lot of wasted time, but that was the way it was. When I am not on my tractor mowing or discing, I stop for a cup of coffee in the morning, and the after lunch, and in between. Probably 5-6 cups a day. Old habits are hard to brake. When I am on my tractor I hardly never stop, only to take a leak, and have a quick lunch. I started coffee drinking when I was in the Navy. Dropped all the other drinking habits.
