Texasmark1 most of my troubles can be found down in the Massey, Allis and garden tractor forums but not many its not that I don't have my share of them but I use the search feature and find my answers from previous posts mostly I post more of my successes I'm a huge history buff liking older movies pre 1970 cars n trucks steam engines and oil pulls are favourite subjects as to were I get my info on history I read about 10 different history pages on line daily wikapedia has a lot of info I'm trying to find one that is more tractor and implement related but no good success yet on that but there is some listed on the sites I look at but I'm always looking I probably weed out more sports and entertainment from sites then actual content glad that you and others on here are enjoying these posts as I enjoy contributing to these forums as much as I enjoy reading them on a side note I always look forward to jon f mm's daily funny and Dick2's pic of the day as well as all of the other regular posters that have placed here on the forums

Today's Featured Article - Restoration Story: Fordson Major - by Anthony West. George bought his Fordson Major from a an implement sale about 18 years ago for £200.00 (UK). There is no known history regarding its origins or what service it had done, but the following work was undertaken alone to bring it up to show standard. From the engine number, it was found that this Major was produced late 1946. It was almost complete but had various parts that would definitely need replacing.
