I can understand that, but what I see more often is a quick diagnosis but it takes a week for parts. Yes there are times finding the problem takes awhile but usually they would take awhile to find without computers as well, example being a/c leaks. I will say in the last couple of months the scanners have gotten alot better and this is the biggest improvement deere needed to do
