I don't own a chainsaw from HF. I do own 2 great electric chainsaws. They are Worx 18 inch 4 hp, sold at sears. Lowes sells the 16 inch model. They are called craftsman's at sears but they are actually Worx. You can pick them up on sale for $100 and it comes with a spare chain. After I wore out 2 chains, I decided to just purchase a second saw. Then I discovered it was cheaper to have chains made than buy the sears chains. The chain has 63 teeth, not a common 62 inch. It comes with an Oregon bar and chain. Check them out, I love mine. Have one at each place. I've cut an 18 red oak long with mine. Keep the chain sharp and they will impress you.
I just had a large branch fall out of a neighbor's tree and land on my property. It won't take me long to cut in to 10 ft long pieces, use backhoe with forks on front bucket and load it in dump trailer. Plan to move it to burn pile and make pot ash out it when there is snow on the ground.
