When making substantial progress at cleaning some things EPA imposed mileage and exhaust restrictions on automobiles they went so far technology couldn't keep up! We finally caught up and now there is clean air and the Farmer pays! Today every farmer wanting to get a reasonable crop adds sulfur to the fertilizer mix because not enough comes out of the atmosphere courtesy of the EPA. And once again the EPA has mandated diesel emissions that beyond what technology can do. The EPA needs to be restructured!
