Which in turn is owned by FIAT. I kinda figured that they would drop the IH part of the name when they bought NH.
As far as market is concerned in my area there are not enough different farms to support all the different brands. When you got guys with 1K acres or more ground each there isn't much market to share. So the dealers that can't sell (AGCO in my area) go away. Most guys are not going to drive 70-80 miles for a part when they can chose a different brand and only have to travel 25 miles. Same reason around here that you don't see smaller (125 HP or so) tractors on dealer lots. Not enough guys looking for a small tractor to stock them. You got compact utilities then jump into 250HP MFWA. Local CaseIH dealer had 4 new 4X4's and a few used ones on the lot a few weeks ago. Had one compact utility inside. And it isn't like because they sold everything. Sales are pretty flat.
