This does raise a serious question for you, Jon. WHY, with all of the talent you have for fabrication, design, and welding, do you choose to drive a truck???
I also drove for 20 years as a "second career." I found it to be such a waste of time and life. Getting treated like a piece of equipment rather than a person. Hanging around for hours and hours at places where you are totally out of place, and have no real means to pass the time reasonably. Stupid dispatchers that go home at 5 o'clock, but expect you to drive all night after having been up all day. I was totally fed up with driving by the time that I quit. Too many wasted hours spent accommodating people that simply don't appreciate you, and a DOT cop around every corner just looking to take money from you.
Sorry to hijack your thread. Just wondering.......
