If you do not use it much the clutch maybe stuck on the input shaft splines. It needs to slide just a little bit to loosen from the flywheel when released. You also could just have the face of the flywheel rusted in this season's wet weather. I would try to get some penetrating oil sprayed on the clutch hub/input shaft and spline. Then run it working the clutch pedal in and out while moving. Hold the brakes and make the clutch slip some while your doing this. This should free up the clutch hob and shine the flywheel.
If this corrects the problem than make yourself a wood block the right size to hold the clutch pedal down while it is in storage. You can usually put one above the clutch pedal and the up stop on the pedal. This way the clutch is dis-engaged while it is setting.
