: My brother in law broke the hyd. cylinder used to raise / lower 3 point hitch arms. Does anyone know : how or who he can talk to about replacment ?? : Ferguson Model 35 approx. 1963 Right here! There is a section on Yesterdays Tractors where you can get the video tape which shows exactly how to remove, and rebuild the hydraulic system on a MF35. It shows how to rebuild the work cylinder which is quite simple when it comes down to it. I don't know how he could have actually broke the cylinder itself but I'm sure the parts are available here as well because it is a very common tractor. the most common thing he chould have broke is the relief valve or a poppet valve or an "O" ring. What are the symptoms and what happened? I just finished rebuilding my hydraulics last week and was amazed at how great that tape is. Maybe I can help.
