I really like my 2011 Ram Mega-Cab with the 6.7 diesel & the 6-speed manual transmission. Pulls my 30-foot goose neck trailer like it's not there. My go-to-work Crown Vic died on me, so I picked up a 2011 Ford Ranger extended cab 4 x 4 with a 5-speed manual transmission. Little sucker gets 20-21 miles to the gallon. It sat on the dealer's lot for about 4 months. Guess nobody else wanted to mess with the manual transmission.
