Well, apparently when it comes to those giant wind turbines, you do not own your airspace, they are allowing them to be built within 550' of property lines from people who have not leased to allow them, but they have to be 1320' from homes, can not understand how the difference from the 550 to 1320 is not an encroachment as you can not build within that distance, therefore they are taking away people's rights to build on their own property.
