The Long 610 is a Fiat built tractor and as you said PTO rated at 64HP,its almost the same tractor as the Oliver 1365.I have two 1365's and several 3 cylinder Longs couldn't ask for tougher tractors. Almost any part is available at very reasonable prices from Import Tractor and various other places,lots of new Fiat parts for sale on ebay.Far as price, condition is everything with an older tractor and still prices vary widely.So I guess you need to compare comparable tractors in your area and if you like operating the tractor and if it fills your needs.
