Honestly I'm tired of trying to pay more for better boots.
I'm starting to think it'd be much better to buy cheap boots more often.
In other words, what'll last longer one pair of boots for $180, or three pairs of $60 boots? I haven't tried it, but I'm starting to suspect the three cheaper boots will last much longer overall, and therefore are the smarter buy - as long as they're reasonable comfortable.
No fault of the high end boot maker's really, there's just only so much you can expect a boot to do and still be wearable.
